Being a DJ since the early 90ies and releasing his first ever remix / production in 1997, Jens Ophälders has become a consistent and reliable Dance producer, DJ, radio host and label owner in almost 30 years of his career. His productions for artists like The Real Booty Babes, Picco or Rave Allstars broke new grounds in the German Dance scene. Other successful projects include Phatt Lenny, Froidz, featuring_me, Rave Allstars etc. as well as countless remixes hitting top positions in worldwide DJ charts. He co-founded the legendary YAWA Recordings label and widened his portfolio in 2017 establishing his imprint JOMPSTA, home of Uplink, Kahhiko, Picco, Paffendorf and many more internationally successful artists. His releases are also included in highly acclaimed Netflix series like „Lucifer“, „13 Reasons Why“ and many more. Jens has recently entered the German Schlager market with producing a double No. 1 single called „Diva 3.0“ (by artists Nur So! & Marco Kloss) and writing / releasing his first ever novel called „PLIX“!
