Martin Buttrich has released tracks over the past three decades on such illustrious labels as Planet E, Fuse, Bedrock Records, Cocoon, Skint Records and Desolat.
His prolific work with Timo Maas amounts to over 100 releases, co-productions and remixes for the likes of Madonna, Muse, Fatboy Slim, Placebo and Depeche Mode. Their seminal Timo Maas Remix of Dooms Night for Azzido Da Bass was a top ten hit in the UK.
In 2019, Martin Buttrich teamed up with Matthias Tanzmann and Davide Squillace to form Better Lost Than Stupid, with a debut album and remix album due for release on BMG this year. The latter half of 2020 promises the relaunch of Buttrich’s own label Rhythm Assault.
